1.CAD – Computer Aided Design.
Request Custom Made Rainbow Sapphire Jewelery QuoteThis style is good for people who are creating a quite complex piece of jewelry and require really specific parameters. For example a specific band width, gold weight, diamond specification and complex rainbow sapphire color arrangement. This style allows you to control gold/ metal weights quite easily and is more precise than handmade. This process allows you to see the final product at every angle in amazing detail 3D rendered images.
- Once the basic design has been discussed we would move onto having our jewelry designer draw up our interpretation of the design – timeframe 3-5 days
- We will send the design awaiting your approval and moving onto the next step which is taking that same design and using our CAD professionals to create a 3D rendering of the piece – timeframe 3-5 days
- Once you approve the 3D images of your final design we will need to create a wax master and prepare for silver master casting – timeframe 1 week
- After the master has been completed its time to make a rubber mould and use the process of lost wax casting in the metal of your choosing. Ie 14K white gold, 18K pink gold or 925 sterling silver – timeframe 2 days
- The next few steps are where my professional jewelers are required to file the metal to make a smooth surface, set the stones carefully using high quality microscopes and polish your new piece of jewelry to perfection – timeframe from 2-7 days depending on complexity of piece
- Final stages of production are quality control process. This is where your piece of jewelry is checked for flaws under a 20x microscope and placed in an ultrasonic machine for final cleaning – timeframe 1 day
- Your new custom made piece of jewelry is now ready to ship to you and we take photos of your jewelry and send to you prior to shipping.
- 50% deposit needs to be paid in order to begin this process and 50% upon completion before shipping. Should you decide you don’t wish to process with the production process we will gladly refund your deposit minus $150 USD for the CAD process. This is our actual cost for this complex process.

2.Handmade
Request Custom Made Rainbow Sapphire Jewelery QuoteThis style is good for relatively simple custom made piece of jewelry. Very economical for sterling silver and simple 14K gold handmade pieces.
- Once the basic design has been discussed we would move onto having our jewelry designer draw up our interpretation of the design – timeframe 3-5 days
- Upon approval of the design sketch we move straight into hand making your piece of jewelry – timeframe 2-7 days
- Once completed we set the agreed stones, polish and possibly rhodium plate your item (silver and white gold items only) – timeframe 1-2 days
- Final stages of production are quality control process. This is where your piece of jewelry is checked for flaws under a 20x microscope and placed in an ultrasonic machine for final cleaning – timeframe 1 day
- Your new custom made piece of jewelry is now ready to ship to you and we take photos of your jewelry and send to you prior to shipping.
